TRENCH: DECAY badges — The Enlisted & The Survivor

Four, as of the August 22, 2026 check: The Enlisted, The Survivor, Bunker 100 and Bunker 500!. The Enlisted and The Survivor were created on July 24, 2026, roughly twenty minutes apart; Bunker 100 and Bunker 500! both appeared on August 6, 2026. All four are currently enabled. We read the badge list straight from Roblox rather than from a third-party tracker, so if the developer adds more during the beta this page will pick them up on the next sweep.

Just join the game. The badge description reads “You enlisted with the 4th Coalition [Joined the Game]”, and it is granted on entry — you do not need to survive anything, complete an objective, or redeem a code. It is the single easiest thing to earn in TRENCH: DECAY.

Complete one mission and extract alive. The badge description is “Successfully returned from your first mission!”, so the trigger is a successful return, not kills or time played. Push the line with your squad, manage the gas, and reach the extraction point — our extraction guide covers the win condition in detail, and the tutorial walkthrough breaks a run down phase by phase.

Because extracting is genuinely hard. At the August 22, 2026 reading, 711,266 players held The Enlisted but only 275,639 held The Survivor — around 39% of everyone who has ever loaded in, a ratio that has barely moved across every reading we have taken. The same gap shows up in the daily figures (19,304 joins against 9,576 first survivals). The badges quietly measure the game’s difficulty curve: more than half the people who enlist never make it back from a mission.

Nothing published says they do. Roblox badges are profile achievements by default, and the developer has not documented any Medals, crates or cosmetics attached to either one. It is the faction you are enlisted with, named in The Enlisted badge description. It is the only place in the game’s public-facing text where a player faction is named — the experience description itself only talks about pushing the line, the gas and the live war map. The developer has not published any lore beyond that name, so we are not going to invent any.

Two new badges the developer added on August 6, 2026. Their descriptions are simply “You reached Bunker 100!” and “You reached bunker 500!” — which tells us they are earned by reaching a numbered bunker, but the developer has not published what “Bunker 100” or “Bunker 500!” actually means in the game, so we are not going to invent the mechanic. The striking part is how rare they are: at the August 22, 2026 reading, Bunker 100 had been earned by 3,533 players and Bunker 500! by 88 — the rarest commendations in the game by a wide margin, suggesting very few players have reached those bunkers yet.
