Appearance & flairCosmetics Crates hand out cosmetic items — the visual layer of your kit. These are the most common crate type handed out through promo codes, making them the easiest free reward to grab early. They change how your soldier looks rather than how it performs.

No. Crates granted through promo codes are free. TRENCH: DECAY itself is a free-to-play Roblox experience, so the only thing a crate costs you is a few seconds to redeem a code.

Cosmetics Crates hold cosmetic items that change your appearance. Enlisted Melee Crates grant Enlisted-tier melee weapons, and Enlisted Firearms Crates grant Enlisted-tier firearms. Exact contents are not published by the developer, so treat each crate as a surprise drop rather than a fixed loadout.
Do crate rewards expire?+
The codes that grant crates can expire, and rewards are single-use per account. Redeem a code while it is still marked active on the Codes page to make sure you actually receive the crate.
